ABOUT KUISINE KATERS
Formerly known as Salomon & Co, began back in 2014, and was founded by Chef Sebastien Salomon. Chef Salomon has been known for his unique cooking style that brings a fresh balance of flavors into the community by fusing Haitian, Asian, and African techniques into a single dish.
Upon realizing the increasing demand for Chef Salomon's food, Salomon & Co began providing catering and food delivery services to customers. The company was known for its accommodations, affordable prices, and flavorful food. After successful deliveries and a bit of social media promotion, the business grew in popularity and began to expand. This newfound popularity led to Salomon and & Co booking its first major event in December 2014.
Since then Salomon & Co transformed to Kuisine Katers. The company went from catering to larger events to catering to smaller more intimate events and occasions. Kuisine Katers is widely known for personalizing the customer's dining experience and introducing them to new flavors. Chef Salomon conducts cooking classes, however, due to the recent COVID-19 response, he is offering virtual cooking classes free of charge. Under the Kuisine Katers umbrella, Chef Salomon has catered for the likes of celebrities and socialites.
